Baker Creek Bottoms is built on the history and natural features of South Knoxville, focusing on the preservation of its rich, historical elements, while adding our own unique personality.

We serve as the Gateway to the Knoxville Urban Wilderness, and plan to offer recreation access, lodging, dining, a bicycle repair shop, live entertainment and much more. Please check back frequently for update on our progress!

Want to be part of Baker Creek Bottoms?

For those who may share our vision for the renaissance and growth of South Knoxville in general and Knoxville’s Urban Wilderness in particular: We have commitments from multiple tenants including a bike shop, coffee shop and yoga studio, and are in negotiations with a great boutique hotel operator, but we’re still looking for a first-rate brewery, a restaurant and a performing arts venue operator. Our brewery space offers 12,500 square feet on the main floor, with access to another 12,500 in the basement. The restaurant space can accommodate up to 200 seats and includes outdoor patio space.

If your interests fall in one of those categories or you just want to know more, feel free to contact us through the website or call Thomas Krajewski at 865 679 3873 or Tom Weiss at 865 607 5500.
